Naval Engagement is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City given to protagonist Tommy Vercetti by Cubans leader Umberto Robina from his fathers café in Little Havana, Vice City.

Mission

Tommy Vercetti, having stolen a Haitian van from their drug factory, returns to Café Robina looking for more work from Umberto Robina. Robina, however, is unhappy that the Haitians continue to mock him and do what they like, with Robina saying that Vercetti is either two-faced or a wimp. Vercetti, however, tells Robina that the Haitians only do what Robina allows them to do and that he can help him, at a cost. Robina begins to praise Vercetti as a 'real man' and tells him that the Haitians have a shipment coming in from off shore and he wants Vercetti to steal it so they can finish off the Haitians.

Vercetti leaves the café and drives to Viceport where he meets Rico standing by a Jetmax. The two get on to the boat and drive to a mansion on Starfish Island where the Haitians are selling their merchandise. When they arrive the two realise that the Haitians are dealing with the Sharks, with Vercetti opening fire on the Haitians. The Sharks then begin to kill the three Haitians involved in the deal and take the merchandise. Vercetti then destroys the Haitian ships and gets off at the mansions jetty. Vercetti then kills the attacking Sharks and collects the briefcases of merchandise.

After collecting the briefcase, however, Vercetti witnesses Rico's Jetmax being destroyed by two Haitians on a Dinghy. The police then raid the mansions grounds and chase Vercetti, who escapes back to Café Robina to deliver the merchandise to Robina.

Tommy Vercetti: Easy, easy. What's your problem?

Umberto Robina: They're laughing at me, Tommy, AT ME! Umberto Robina! They're doing whatever they like!

Tommy Vercetti: Nobody does whatever they like, Umberto, they do whatever you let them do!

Umberto Robina: What?

Tommy Vercetti: You want somebody taken care of? I can handle it, but it's gonna cost you. I know we're brothers and all, but this is business.
