Bruice's new car isn't working as planned, so he has to borrow a car from a friend. Go get the car with Bruice. Drive to the starting location. Win the race. When you finish this mission drop off Brucie and you get to keep the car you're driving. He will call later because the people want a rematch.

If you let the dialog between Niko and Brucie play out before actually driving into the marker to finish the mission you will find out that Niko no longer wants to work for Brucie because of his mood swings from "juicing" too much, but he still doesn't mind hanging out with him.

This mission is as simple as they get.
