Normandy is an all-industrial town in Alderney, just north of Port Tudor, and south of Alderney City. Phil Bell owns a depot here where Niko takes his missions from. When doing the Car Thefts for Stevie the Sentinel is parked here. Normandy is based on the industrial area of Bayonne, New Jersey.
