The Oceanic is a four-door sedan featured in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories.
Description
At first glance, the Oceanic is seen as a vehicle with a 1950s-like design. The front and roof of the Oceanic resembles a 1961 Dodge Dart or Dodge Polara, the sides resemble a 1955 Oldsmobile Holiday (but it is a little off), and the back resembles a 1955 Chevrolet. The Oceanic is always seen with a two-tone paint job, white with another color along the side and rear (a typical styling feature of mid "50s" cars).
The Oceanic and Glendale appear to be cousins of the because they are both 1961 Dodges blended together with 1955 GM vehicles and they are both used as Bloodring Bangers. In San Andreas, they are also used by the Mexican gangs in Los Santos (the Varrios Los Aztecas drive the Glendale and the Los Santos Vagos drive the Oceanic). Even though their doors and greenhouses are from the same vehicle they are modeled slightly differently rather than just having the same model reused.
The Oceanic only has a moderate top speed, but it has great handling and torque. It is widely available in GTA Vice City and GTA Vice City Stories, but in GTA San Andreas it is less common. In GTA San Andreas, the Oceanic can be seen driven by members of the Los Santos Vagos, and as such, the Oceanic becomes extremely rare after the player has taken over all of their gang territory.

- In front of Ocean View Hotel in Ocean Drive Ocean Beach. The car constantly appears with an orange-yellow paintjob.
GTA San Andreas
- Common in territories the Los Santos Vagos is and was based like East Beach, Las Colinas and Los Flores. Oceanics may also spawn in the beach areas of Los Santos.
