Papi
Papi is a minor character featured in The Ballad of Gay Tony. He is a drug connection to Armando Torres and Henrique Bardas, who set up a meeting with him in East Hook to buy a package of drugs. Shortly after greeting each other, the deal is raided by NOOSE. Papi thinks they've been followed, but as soon as Armando reveals the phones might have been tapped, he refuses to work with Armando and Henrique again, calling them amateurs. He may be a member of Northwood Dominican Drug Dealers
Papi is voiced by Kareem Savinon.
