Pappy is a character mentioned on the Rednecks promotional website for Grand Theft Auto 2. Pappy is a member of the Rednecks gang and is the father of Billy Bob Bean (leader of the Rednecks gang) and Beth. Pappy dislikes the Zaibatsu, whom he refers to as the "Zaiboozie" and has, in 1999, just started to use the "info-mation super free-way".
