Parsons Hotel is a small hotel in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. The hotel is a small, three storey Art Deco building which is located on Ocean Drive, on the southern end of Ocean Beach, Vice City. It has a tiny swimming pool on its roof. The hotel is an almost exact clone of the WK Chariot Hotel, which is also located in the southern part of Ocean Drive, but with a dark orange or brown colour instead. The hotel is unnamed in the GTA Vice City Stories rendition of Vice City. The hotel is based on the real life Pelican Hotel in Miami.
