Pharte Gas is a gas company whose gas stations are located in several places around Liberty City. The player cannot refuel or buy gasoline from the station, yet the player can blow up the gas pumps, cylinders and gas tanks around the RON oil station in Leftwood, Alderney. And The Globe Oil near Port Tudor, Alderney. The company uses the slogan "It's perfectly natural", and their logo can be seen in Burritos around the city.
The company name is a wordplay on fart gas.
