Walkthrough

Brief

Now it's time to raid the mansion that you followed the thief to in the mission, The Chase, however, the place is a fortress at ground level, so Diaz's man Quentin (actually Lance Vance) will fly you to the place in a helicopter to gun down the Streetwannabees. The mission name is presumably a reference to Phnom Penh, a Cambodian city and site of Khmer Rouge labor camps.

The Mission

You will get in a chopper with Lance and you'll be provided with a M-60 with infinite ammo. You'll be driven to Prawn Island and you will have to shoot the Streetwannabees you see. The first guys are on the roof of the yellow Mendez Mansion; gun them (blow up the red gas barrels, since they will take out multiple enemies at the same time).

Then, kill the targets at the side of the house. Now, a van will be coming after you; shoot it. Several more Wannabees on top of vans will appear, blow up their vans and kill the remaining guys, then shoot the guys in the worn down tennis court. You will now fly over the roof of the blue Mendez Mansion, kill several gangs, armed with their TEC-9 machine guns up there and then gun down the final guys that appear on the side of the same mansion.

Lance will now drop you off at the yellow Mendez Mansion, you'll be given another M-60 with 100 bullets, before you enter the mansion, shoot all the Wannabees you can see from the door, then get in and kill the remaining Streetwannabees, including the one on top of the stairs to the roof. Don't worry about getting a 2 wanted star level, because cops won't be able to raid inside the run down manson and shoot you on sight. Once all the gang members are dealt with, go onto the roof. Grab the briefcase with Diaz's money, then Lance will pick you up on the helicopter and drop you off at Diaz's Mansion. Mission acomplished.

(Diaz is talking very angry on the phone).

Ricardo Diaz: What kind of incompetent fool are you?! FOOL! FOOL! FOOL! FOOL!

(Viciously slams his phone against the floor before Tommy enters).

Diaz: Tommy!

Tommy Vercetti: What, Ricardo?

Diaz: These idiots - they always trying to screw you. That's the problem with this business.

(Diaz sees some guy doing something wrong).

Diaz: What do you think you're doing?

(Diaz flings a vase at Tommy Vercetti, but he dodges it).

Diaz: These pricks have failed me miserably. Soon any mom and pop will think they can sell Gallo in Vice City. What next, huh? The stinking Mafia?! That gang place is a fortress at ground level. So Quentin here - Quentin! QUENTIN!

(Lance Vance enters).

Diaz: He'll fly you over the area. Eradicate them!

(Diaz sees another guy doing something wrong).

Diaz: What do you think you're doing?

(Diaz's helipad, Tommy and Lance Vance.)

Tommy: What are you doing here?

Lance Vance: Hey. I've been asking around and it's obvious that Diaz jumped our deal and iced my brother.

Tommy: And he'll kill you too!

Lance: I can take Diaz!

Tommy: No - listen to me. I'll handle Diaz - he's begining to trust me.

(Diaz's helicopter, Lance and Tommy.)

Tommy: One thing puzzling me. What's with Quentin?

Lance: I dunno. I always kinda like it. Quentin Vance...

Tommy: Vance? Your name's Lance Vance?

Lance: Hey! I got enough of that at school!

Tommy: Lance Vance. Poor bastard.

Lance: Where the hell are we headed anyway?

Tommy: Prawn Island.

Lance: You ever fired one of those from a whirly?

Tommy: No, I'll get a little practice on the way though.

Lance: OK, we're almost there. I'm gonna make a couple of passes. So take out as many guns as you can. Then I'll set you down and you're on your way.

(Diaz's helicopter flying over Mendez Mansion, Lance.)

Lance: Damn! This is a war zone. Take out some of those gunmen. This thing ain't cheap to fix! Take them out!

(Diaz's whirly over the Mendez Mansion, The Thief and Tommy.)

The Thief: You're on MY turf, asshole! You're going down.

(Mendez Mansion garden, Lance.)

Lance: OK! You're on your own from here! Good luck, brother.
