Pier 69 is a famous pier located in the Esplanade North district of San Fierro, San Andreas. Many people come here every day to see the great view of San Fierro Bay, or just to walk around and wind down.

The location is clearly modelled and named after the San Francisco tourist attraction Pier 39, and, in classic Rockstar Games style, the name is also related to the 69 sexual position. Interesting enough, the pier on the map resembles a hand.

-It begins when Cesar asks Carl to the roof to take down T-Bone Mendez's security in order to get access.  Once the guards are down, Mendez and [[Ryder]] arrive to Pier 69.  The two take down the Ballas in order to get to Mendez.  Once the two get to Mendez, they kill him, but Ryder escape from the attack by swimming to a nearby island and steal a boat. Carl manages to steal a boat and pursues Ryder.  He manages to kill his former friend by causing his boat to catch fire and explode.
