Character Name is a character in ... who ...
Playboy X is a character in [[Grand Theft Auto IV]]. He first appears in the mission [[Blow Your Cover]] when [[Niko Bellic]] assists him in a drug deal in [[Schottler]] arranged by [[Elizabeta Torres]]. [[Johnny Klebitz]] also participates in the deal. The deal, however turns out to be a police sting set up by the LCPD. Johnny flees the building going out downstairs, while Niko and Playboy shoot through the NOOSE and FIB agents through the roof, and when they are all killed, Niko drives Playboy back to his apartment in [[Northwood]]. Shortly after this, Playboy texts Niko telling him he needs his assistance, and Niko goes back to see him at his apartment. During the cutscene of this mission, Playboy discovers that his old friend and mentor, [[Dwayne Forge]] has just been released from a prison after serving over 10 years for drug related crimes. Dwayne wants to keep working with Playboy, but Playboy wants to stay in control of the [[North Holland Hustlers]] and this leads to conflict between the two. Niko drives Playboy to [[The Exchange]] to oversee a Union of Mafia members guarding the construction site in [[Castle Gardens]]. Playboy instructs Niko to take out all the Union leaders, which Niko does, completing the mission. After this, Playboy calls Niko and advises him to help Dwayne out with a few things and to go to his apartment at [[Vespucci Circus]]. After this, Niko returns to Playboy's apartment, and he explains to Niko that a criminal called [[Marlon Bridges]] has been bad-mouthing him, calling him a phoney and a snitch, and tells Niko to kill Bridges. Niko cannot identify Bridges, so Playboy gives Niko a Whiz wireless camera phone and tells him to take a photo, send it to him, so that he can tell Niko which one Bridges is and to assassinate him, which Niko does, getting praise from Playboy. Afterwards, Niko goes to the Triangle Strip Club in Bohan, and takes out the three [[Trunchez Brothers]] under Dwayne's orders, as they took over the strip club after Dwayne was imprisoned in the 1990's. It was owned by Dwayne originally and was again once the brothers were killed. This leads to Niko getting an angry phone call from Playboy, as he still did business with the Trunchez brothers when Dwayne got sent down. Then Playboy phones Niko telling him he needs to see him urgently at his apartment. There, he explains that him and Dwayne are coming to blows, and that he wants him dead, and fears for his life. He then asks Niko to kill Dwayne, which Niko isn't sure about. He tells Playboy he will think about it. After conversations with both Playboy and Dwayne, Niko has a choice over which one to kill. If he kills Dwayne as Playboy asked, Niko will go to his apartment, kill his bodyguard and give Dwayne a mercy kill by shooting him in the back of the head. If this decision is made, Playboy will give Niko the $25,000 as promised in payments, but immediately regrets having Dwayne killed and tells Niko to stay away from him from now on calling him an ice cold murderer. However, if the player decides to kill Playboy instead, Niko will go to his penthouse, take out all his bodyguards, briefly chase Playboy into an alleyway on [[Galveston Avenue]] in [[North Holland]], just across the street from [[Luis Lopez]]'s safehouse. In the alleyway, Playboy's gun jams, and Niko assassinates him by shooting him directly in the throat killig him instantly. After this, Niko is rewarded Playboy's penthouse as a safehouse, as Dwayne had the deed to it the entire time. Niko can then become permanent friends with Dwayne by positively responding to his email. This ending is widely considered to be canon, because the majority of players chose this path.
