Portland Harbor is a shipyard in Portland in Grand Theft Auto III and Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. It is mainly groups of warehouses with a few large docked freighters. In Grand Theft Auto III, a Colombian Cartel ship filled with SPANK is docked here, but is destroyed in Salvatore Leone's mission Bomb Da Base.
