U.L. Paper wants Niko to kill Adam Dimayev, the Russian owner of an imports/exports company who is financing terrorist activity.

Mr. Paper will text you with a picture of Dimayev. Find a police car and upload his picture to do a photo search. Once you find his file, proceed to his whereabouts. You will be facing several guards on the roof of his company. Kill them all.
