The RC Tiger is a small remote controlled model of a tank. It cannot be used by the player in the game, however it is seen, and heard in one mission on Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
The Tiger is the only vehicle in the game not to have a fictitious name. The Tiger is actually modeled after the real world WWII tiger tank; that was used by the Germans.
