Refried Noodle is a character in Grand Theft Auto 2 who works for Johnny Zoo, leader of the Yakuza in Anywhere City. His real name is unknown, but he tortures people for Zoo to get information. Claude Speed gets him to torture a man who Zoo thought was selling secrets to The Zaibatsu Corporation.
