Road Kill/Walkthrough: Difference between revisions

The following is a walkthrough of the Road Kill mission in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.

Before the mission

Before you begin this mission, obtain a Micro SMG or Ingram MAC-10 with sufficient ammunition, along with a shotgun with at least 6 shots, along with a fast car or PCJ-600.

Walkthrough

After the completion of the mission Jury Fury for Ken Rosenberg, go to the ringing payphone near the mall in Washington Beach. Walk into the pink halo to answer the ringing payphone. Mr. Black will call you and, thinking you are Leo Teal, thanks for an earlier assignment you did for him. He will then ask you to kill Carl Pearson, a pizza delivery man. You need to kill him before he completes his deliveries.

After the mission cutscene finishes, you will be given the following instructions:

Carl Pearson. Pizza Delivery Man. Kill him before he completes his deliveries.

You will then be given two options on how to proceed with the mission:

Motorbike Chase:

Get a PCJ-600 and chase after Carl Pearson. His scooter is slow, making it easy for you to catch up with him. However, he delivers his pizzas quickly, meaning that you have to quickly catch up to him and dispatch him. Once you go near him, perform a forward drive-by on Pearson. Try to aim for his back instead of aiming at the bike. If you are lucky, you will shoot him off the bike and he will drop to the ground, dead. Alternitively, you can just shoot at his bike until it catches fire and explodes, although that method is ammunition costly. Mission Passed.

Car-Bike Chase:

Get a Cheetah, Infernus, Comet or Sabre and chase after Carl Pearson. His scooter is slow, making it easy for you to catch up with him. However, he delivers his pizzas quickly, meaning that you have to quickly catch up to him and dispatch him. Cut off Pearson at the front, drive in front of Pearson, put the pedal to the metal and ram Pearson off his bike. When he gets thrown off his bike, get out of the car and blast him with the shotgun. Two shotgun shots at close range will put him down. Alternitively, you can just continuously drive over his body until he dies. Mission Passed.
