Roman Bellic Jr. (2009 - ?) is (in Grand Theft Auto IV) the unborn son of Roman Bellic and Mallorie Bardas, and nephew to Niko Bellic.
Mallorie is pregnant during her wedding in both endings, unaware at that time. In the Deal ending, Roman is killed by an assassin who was sent by Dimitri Rascalov to assassinate Niko Bellic, but a stray bullet kills Roman instead. After "A Revenger's Tragedy," Mallorie Bardas-Bellic will phone Niko saying that she is pregnant with a boy. Niko then says that the baby will never have to worry about anything. Mallorie replies saying that Roman Jr will struggle without a father.
After the Revenge ending, the gender of the baby is still unknown. After "Out of Commission," Niko will receive a call from Roman talking about the baby. If the baby is a girl, they would name her Kate Bellic, after Niko Bellic's girlfriend Kate McReary who was killed by Jimmy Pegorino's attempt to assassinate Niko. However seeing as either way Mallorie is pregnant with a boy, Kate Bellic wouldn't exist. (Unless they had a daughter later in the future and named her so).
