Roman's Child refers to the unborn son of Roman Bellic and Mallorie Bardas, nephew to Niko Bellic, in Grand Theft Auto IV.
Selected names for this child are mentioned as Roman Jr and Kate, but the child is not born during the storyline of the game, so the final name is not known.
Mallorie is pregnant during her wedding in both endings, but is unaware at that time.
Name & Gender
In the Deal ending, Roman is inadvertently killed by an assassin who was sent by Dimitri Rascalov to assassinate Niko Bellic.
