Roman Bellic.

Roman Bellic is Niko's cousin who has lived in Liberty City for 15 years. Roman claims to be living the "American Dream" and that he has two women, four hot tubs and fifteen sports cars, but in reality owns a gritty taxi firm in Broker. As a result, he successfully manages to persuade his cousin Niko to move to the city using this deception. Roman is also heavily in debt with various figures around the city, like the Russian mafia in Liberty City. In one of the trailers, he seems to be hiding in a garbage can, where Niko comes to meet him. Eventually, his consistent irresponsibility causes his taxi firm to be burned down by Dimitri Rascalov, but Roman later opens one up in Bohan. After the player gets his relationship high enough with Roman, the player may use his phone to have Roman send a taxi to take you anywhere for free, though his availability is random. Roman is frequently referred to as "Fat man" because of his weight. His notorious for his excessive gambling habits and is rarely attracted to the fast cars and shot outs as Niko and the others. Roman is voiced by Jason Zumwalt. He is 31 years of age (according to his criminal record).
