In San Andreas, there are 29 safe houses to buy or take over which count towards your one hundred percent game completion (15% to be exact!). They will cost you $879,000 altogether though. They are:
Los Santos
- Willowfield
Location: Just past Emmets gun shop to the South of Willowfield. Price: $10,000 Special Features: None
- Verdant Bluffs
Location: In a small one-way street opposite the Airport to the far East of Verdant Bluffs. Price: $10,000 Special Features: Double Garage, Girlfriend Photographs
- Jefferson
Location: To the South-East of the actual park in Glen Park. Price: $10,000 Special Features: None
- Mulholland
Location: Almost at the highest part of the hill behind the Vinewood sign. Price: $120,000 Special Features: Single Garage, Girlfriend Photographs
- Verona Beach
Location: Slightly North of the thicker wooden pier. Price: $10,000 Special Features: Girlfriend Photographs
- Santa Maria Beach
Location: Just to the West of the largest pier in Los Santos. Price: $30,000 Special Features: Single Garage, Girlfriend Photographs
Red County
- Palomino Creek

- Blueberry

Location: Behind the Eastern most street in lower Hashbury. Price: $40,000 Special Features: Quadruple Garage
