Soviet Hill is a district located in the Northern landmass (north of Aye Valley) of San Andreas in Grand Theft Auto 1. It is based on Russian Hill. The district is bordered by Richman to the north, Sunrise to the east, Aye Valley to the south and Wood Hill to the west. Soviet Hill is named after San Francisco's Hill,_San Francisco Russian Hill, as Russia was a Soviet state.
