Special Fried Vice

Special Fried Vice is a restaurant in Vice City in 1984, the setting of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. There are two stores located in Washington Beach and Downtown. The name is a play on the Chinese specialty, special fried rice, suggesting the restaurant is a Chinese restaurant.
