I can not agree this, Military is a bit wider concept, which includes various divisions, including not participating in law enforcement. For example, Victor Vance has relations to military as organisation, not to miltary as anticriminal force. Just rewrite the Army article, concentrating on an law enforcement activity of.JFFulcrum 12:18, 15 May 2009 (UTC)

Yes, you all have good points. But it should stilled be merged.
