The article states that the Cropduster plane doesn't spawn on top of the hill in Flint County. - There's really no purpose, and it's just there for visual use. Activate by pressing R3/L3 (I forgot, I haven't played in months.) in PS2. Masterpogihaha 10:49, 9 June 2009 (UTC)
