There's really no purpose, and it's just there for visual use. Activate by pressing R3/L3 (I forgot, I haven't played in months.) in PS2. Masterpogihaha 10:49, 9 June 2009 (UTC)

PC Version spawn

The article states that the Cropduster plane doesn't spawn on top of the hill in Flint County. However, just yesterday I used that plane to chase after Big Smoke's drug shipments (the mini-mission given by Cesar in San Fierro). I can go and get a screenshot if you need proof.
