Is there actually any solid evidence that he's a disguised alien though? Just seems a bit odd to out and out name the page with that belief anyway... C-d-rom 14:38, 13 April 2009 (UTC)

Looks more like an aged hippie in a desert. This is exactly the kind of overly speculative and opinionated writing that has the guys who made this game laughing their asses off. Either that, or he's trollin' us. - ZS 12:23, 14 April 2009 (UTC)

I have rewritten the article to say that it says "He is believed to be an alien", not just "He is and alien." I have also added the Myths category. Biggest GTA Fan Ever^Talk 00:40, 15 April 2009 (UTC)

Deletion

It has been proposed that this article be deleted. If we think we can maintain pages for all individual pedestrians, then great, but that's unlikely. This would be best put into a table of "peds in game X". Gboyers ^talk 06:01, January 9, 2010 (UTC)

Merge

Instead of deleting this page, I suggest we merge this page with UFOs. Mr. Hat and Mr. Trenchcoat have their own sections, so should DNMOLC1 and Paranoid Cowboy, since he also talks much about aliens.

Merged, Deletion

The article has been merged into UFOs, with even more writing than just a few words about DNMOLC1. Two very good sized paragraphs. Paranoid Cowboy has also been added, with a single very well-written paragraph. So, I propose that this article should be deleted now that the information is in UFOs.
