Seperate?

Is Fort Baxter a seperate area of Vice City or is it part of Escobar International? I am asking this because every time I enter the northern part of Escobar International in GTA VCS, the area where Fort Baxter is based in, it says "Fort Baxter" on the HUD.--MrLanceVanceDance 05:23, 14 August 2011 (BST)

The base is part of the Escobar International district in GTAVC, but is separate in GTAVCS as "Fort Baxter". This has to be brought up because it can be confusing if nobody points this difference out. - ZS 09:41, 14 August 2011 (BST)
