Mandatory recall by Rockstar

I have removed part of text with "On August 24, 2005, Rockstar announced a mandatory recall...". I cannot find any acknowledgement for that action of Rockstar in that time, the text was simply copied from Wikipedia article, where there is no confirming link for that part. The refund/exchange for end customers only started on December 4, 2007 after Southern District Court of NY order. If someone have confirmations, please undo my move.JFFulcrum 09:15, 30 March 2009 (UTC)

According to this and this, they brought out the new M-rated version around that time. So they probably recalled the AO version, hence why it's "back in shops". Gboyers ^talk 11:09, 30 March 2009 (UTC)
