::I agree entirely - Since they both appear in the same game, that is no way to disambiguate them, and is just confusing. I ended up at this page by following a link that said ''"[[Karen (GTA IV)|Karen]] can be killed in the mission [[Final Interview]]"'', and then held my mouse over the link to reveal that it lead to ''"[[Karen (GTA IV)]]"'', which intrigued me by making me think that the other [[Karen]] was in that building during that mission. Although not standard, something like [[Karen (receptionist)]] or [[Karen (Final Interview)]] might work? - I agree entirely - Since they both appear in the same game, that is no way to disambiguate them, and is just confusing. I ended up at this page by following a link that said "Karen can be killed in the mission Final Interview", and then held my mouse over the link to reveal that it lead to "Karen (GTA IV)", which intrigued me by making me think that the other Karen was in that building during that mission.
