This is the same as [[The Businessman]] and [[New Haitian Ganglord]], they contain the exact same thing: "Little is known about... except that...". As gboyers put it, this page will never have any interesting information at all about the character as there is none to be found. It's just retelling what happened in the only mission he is featured. MLVD I don't want to sound harsh but maybe you should think before creating a page "Is there any NEW information to be added to this page?"
