Tanner

Tanner is a character in GTA III that makes an appearance in the mission Two-Faced Tanner. He was working undercover as Asuka Kasen's driver but soon Asuka found out and sent Claude to kill him. Claude rammed his car off the road repeatedly and right after Tanner's car blew up, Tanner flails his arms frantically and runs, thus being run over by Claude. He is obviously a reference to GTA rival Driv3r's protagonist, Tanner, and even made Tanner run like a female pedestrian in the game because of the criticism of Tanner walking like a girl.
