As this template is specific to the [[GTA III Era]], I think that the title should reflect that, as users may notice the template around, without actually reading it, and type {{template|Liberty City buildings}} on articles about the [[GTA IV Era]]. Ths would also allow for consistency between the naming of this template, and one for the GTA IV era. There [[Special:WhatLinksHere/Template:Liberty_City_buildings|aren't too many pages using this template right now]], so renaming it wouldn't be an issue.
