Terry Dorkins is a character in Grand Theft Auto: London, 1969 and Grand Theft Auto: London, 1961. Dorkins works for Albert and Archie Crisp. Dorkins gives the protagonist instructions to steal a tank from Lenny Smith's crew. Dorkins later tells the protagonist to take out Smith's crew, so Smith won't have any back up later.
