*Terry claims that the government always take things away from him, fueling his hate towards them. He also thinks, that Feds always watch him and brothers, plant bugs everywhere and can hear every phone talk. He's fan of conspire theories and often blame government for everything. The reason of his hate is unknown, but he told, that served in army once and loved USA.
*Terry has a deep-seated hatred for the federal government, and seems to believe it exists exclusively to curtail various freedoms and rights. He firmly believes that federal agents are closely monitoring both him personally and the Brotherhood as a whole. (The latter suspicion is borne out by a phone call Johnny receives shortly after a mission.) He subscribes to multiple conspiracy theories, particularly ones that demonize the government. Despite his distrust of federal (and all other) authority, however, he is every bit as patriotic as any other Lost brother, and in fact served in the U.S. military in his younger days. However, Terry's patriotism is rooted in an idealized national past, one he speaks of frequently.
*Terry had an ex wife, and apparently doesn't like her much. When in a fist fight Terry will sometimes shout: "I'm gonna picture my ex wifes head on your body!" However sometimes when he's drunk he'll mention that he still loves her.
*Terry is divorced, and apparently does not hold a high opinion of his former wife: when fistfighting, he has been known to make comments such as, "I'm gonna picture my ex wifes head on your body!" Despite this, he's been known to express his continuing love for her when intoxicated.
*Terry likes the "America's Top Hooker" show and votes for his favourite girl there. He also has a favourite stripper in Honkers, named Bambi.
*Terry likes to watch "America's Top Hooker", and votes frequently for his favorite whore. He also has a fondness for a stripper at Honkers named Bambi.
*During the friend's activities dialogues Terry mentioned, that he has a crazy brother and their father doesn't want to see him in his farm. His brother is named as Crazy Colin and he goes back to Terry born anew as a man of God. Soon, he starts to use drugs and became a heroin addict.
*When pressed, Terry will speak haltingly of his brother Colin, known as "Crazy Colin" to his friends.  Colin apparently had a falling out with his and Terry's father, leading to his being banished from the Thorpe family farm; later, he finds God and becomes a Born-Again Christian, before succumbing later still to heroin addiction.
*Terry is a big fan of smoking and likes to smoke in places where this is illegal. He mentioned that doctors told him not to smoke and that his ex-wife hated this. Despite those, he continues smoking all the time everywhere. His smoke will go out rapid if he sits in a wrecked car. This habit could be a reference to Little Jacob's habit, who likes to smoke too and equips protagonist with arms. Also, Johnny says, that Terry smokes only light cigarettes, calling him pussy.
*Terry is a heavy smoker, and gets a kick out of smoking in 'restricted' areas. He's mentioned that both his ex-wife and his doctor disapprove of his smoking. Johnny Klebitz has been known to poke fun at Terry's habiy, calling him a "pussy" for smoking only light cigarettes.
*Terry is very slim and weakest in arm wrestling. He doesn't normally eat much, never cooks and eat only in good restaurants. He also pends most of his time drinking at his house alone.
*Just like Johnny and Brian, Terry has a patch on the bottom-right corner of his vest that reads, "I Rode Mine Los Santos 2004"; this is presumably a reference to a San Andreas-based biker festival or challange that the three took part in that year.
*Just like Johnny and Brian, Terry has got patch "I Rode Mine Los Santos 2004".
