The Cherry Popper Ice Cream Company, or simply Cherry Poppers, is an ice cream and drugs distribution company in the GTA III Era. It is based in the Cherry Popper Ice Cream Factory, which is located in Little Havana, Vice City. It is revealed in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City that the ice cream company is actually a front for selling drugs. The mascot of the company is Whoopee the Clown.
