The Monoglobe
The Monoglobe is Grand Theft Auto IV's rendition of the Unisphere sculpture in Queens' Flushing Meadows Park in New York City. In the game, it is located in the borough of Dukes in Meadows Park, just east of Savannah Avenue.
Destruction
In 2009 during the events of Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars the Monoglobe is destroyed by the games protagonist Huang Lee. The Monoglobe spins off its stand and crashes into a nearby building. The building itself is automatically fixed if the player goes away long enough, but the Monoglobe is permenatly destroyed.
