He is a complete psycho who dresses up as a woman and has a huge obsession of killing all the members of [[Love Fist]]. He first appears in the mission [[Psycho Killer]], where he attempts to kill Love Fist but is killed by [[Tommy Vercetti]]. Even though he was killed he continues making threats and, in the mission [[Publicity Tour]], he puts [[Boomshine]] inside the [[Love Fist (vehicle)|Love Fist Tour Bus]] and if they slowed down the bus would blow up. Tommy drives fast around [[Vice City]] and Love Fist successfully defuse the bomb.
