Tommy in Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars.

Tommy is a random character in Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars. Huang Lee encounters Tommy, who employs him on two occasions. The first occasion involves Huang stealing an Ammu-Nation truck and then to help get his new weapon wo work. Tommy, after getting his weapon to work and begins to fire his gun, with the police chasing Huang Lee as well as Tommy.
