Tony Chiroldes (born April 3, 1962 in San Juan, Puerto Rico) is an American voice actor who provided the voice for Pepe in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. He also provided the voice of pedestrians and background characters in Red Dead Redemption, another Rockstar Games title.
