Truck Stop is mission in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories given to protagonist Victor Vance by Phil Cassidy from Phil's Depot in Viceport, Vice City. The mission is unlocked after completing the Boomshine Blowout mission.
Mission
Victor drops by Phil's Depot to get some work but is encountered by Sergeant Jerry Martinez, who reminds him of the pecking order. Phil and Victor leave to collect some guns being transported around Vice City, but first a paranoid Phil tells Victor to go to the Beachcomber Hotel to pick up some back up. At the Beachcomber Hotel two men enter the vehicle and they begin to close down on the truck.
When Victor gets close enough the two men and Phil kill the three passengers on the back using their sub-machine guns. Victor pulls in front of the truck, blocking its path and allowing Phil to steal the truck. Phil decides to take the truck to his place, with Victor and the two men acting as protection. After three waves of attackers, Phil manages to get the truck back to his place in one piece.
Script
Sergeant Jerry Martinez: Hey, look who it is! Victor Vance! What's going on, amigo? You want some smoke?
Victor Vance: Fuck you, Martinez.
Sergeant Jerry Martinez: Relax... you're so fucking histrionic. It's like hanging out with a bitch on her period.
Victor Vance: You want me to fuck you up?
Sergeant Jerry Martinez: Whatever baby. The thing is, you work for Phil, and Phil - Phil works for me. Which makes you... my bitch's bitch. Figure that out.
Phil Cassidy: Man, that shit is heavy.
Sergeant Jerry Martinez: So you had better play nice, if you wanna get paid, huh? Because if you don't get paid, then who's gonna look after your sick brother?
Victor Vance: Fuck you.
Sergeant Jerry Martinez: Ay, change the record baby... fuck you, fuck you, fuck you. What did you expect me to do, huh? I didn't screw you over for fun. I was saving myself, and you would do the same. And don't pretend otherwise.
Victor Vance: I had a career.
Sergeant Jerry Martinez: So what, you got kicked out of the army... big deal. Hey... I told Phil about some guns I can sell, if you can get them, hm? Phil, don't smoke too much of this shit, huh? It'll make you trip out, get paranoid.
Phil Cassidy: Sure, later Jerry. Come on Vic. This should silence any asshole following me. We're gonna need some back up Vic. I know some gyus that'll help.
(Victor begins driving Phil to the Beachcomber Hotel).
Phil Cassidy: Are we being followed? We better not be being followed... I'll rip those bastards' livers right out of their sides.
Victor Vance: Chill out man. There ain't no-one following us.
(Victor drives Phil to the Beachcomber Hotel at the edge of Escobar International Airport).
Phil Cassidy: Hey Fellas! C'mon! We're gonna make some money. They're good guys Vic: Just always so quiet... maybe I shouldn't trust 'em.
(Victor, Phil and the two men find the truck in the Little Havana area and hijack the vehicle).
Phil Cassidy: I'm gonna take the truck back to my place. Anyone follows me, you give 'em hell.
(Phil drives the truck back to his place, with Victor and the two men keeping attackers at bay).

Reward
The reward for completing the mission is $300 and unlocking the mission Marked Men.
