Turn On, Tune In, Bug Out is a mission given to the protagonist by Lance Vance in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories.
Mission
Victor drops by his brothers apartment, Lance, who wants to keep silence but after being told by Victor to stop, he shouts angrily at Victor and informs him of the DEA collecting bugs and are after them. Victor drops by Ammu-Nation and buys a rocket launcher. He makes his way to the police station in Washington Beach and destroys the two antennas the DEA use for evidence. Afterward he makes his way to the police station in Little Havana and destroys, yet, two another antennas. The third and last one's are located on the police station in Downtown. Once all the antennas are destroyed, the DEA are stopped from collecting evidences. Victor, reduces his wanted level to zero and the mission is complete.

Victor Vance: Lance!
Lance Vance: Oh, no.
Victor Vance: Lance, get over here and explain yourself.
Lance Vance: Sssh!
Victor Vance: Stop acting like a child.
Lance Vance: Sssh!
Victor Vance: Don't you shush me.
Lance Vance: Keep your voice down...
Victor Vance: No. You can barely tie your own shoelaces, and you're telling me how to behave?
Lance Vance: Will you shut up, you stupid gorilla?! The place is bugged! The DEA is onto us! Happy now?!
(Victor runs outside, with Lance following.)
Lance Vance: Hey, where you going, man?
Victor Vance: We're gonna have bugs in all our places.
Lance Vance: And by the time you've found them all, we'll be halfway through a long jail term!
Victor Vance: What am I supposed to do?
Lance Vance: These bugs transmit long range... so knock out all the police antennae. The DEA won't even get a signal from these things.
Reward
The reward for completing this mission is $300.
