Asuka gives you this mission, and it is the last mission you do for her at this time. You are to take out a "strangely animated" undercover cop, who is "more or less useless out of his car", who has been discovered by either Ray or another police insider. Claude travels over to Kenji's casino, where a cutscene is initiated that shows "Tanner" getting into his car, an Esperanto. Claude then destroys his car by means of ramming, after which the car bursts into flames and explodes. "Tanner" gets out in time, but begins to run and flail his arms frantically. Claude then runs him down and the mission ends. The name "Tanner" is a derogatory reference to the DRIVER series, a competitor to Grand Theft Auto, in which you play as an undercover police officer named Tanner.
