Ultimate Disk in the Dark is a game advertised in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas and Grand Theft Auto IV, based on the real-life game. The radio ad implies that the game is directed mostly towards homosexuals.

In GTA San Andreas, Maurice mentions the game during an episode of Gardening with Maurice.
