The Undercover (a.k.a VCPD) Cheetah is an undercover police Cheetah used by two undercover agents who come after you upon attaining a 3 star wanted level in GTA Vice City. It is exactly the same as a regular Cheetah, albeit with the addition of a flashing light and siren.
The two undercover agents that come after you parody Crockett and Tubbs from 80's drama Miami Vice, which Vice City itself also takes a lot of inspiration from.
