He killed Joseph Daniel O'Toole in 1998 and had Toni Cipriani dispose of the body on orders from Salvatore Leone, who could not trust O'Toole. He later drives Toni to his making ceremony. He later finds employment with Goterelli and checks the coast is clear for him when he employs Claude.

Hamilton and Escuela later go to confront Elizabeta Torres but to the two are killed by Torres in a cocaine fueled rage. Niko then takes their bodies to a doctor who sells body part on the black market.

Barry Harcross	Barry Harcross is a resident of Liberty City and a businessman, competing aganist media mogul Donald Love. He was arrested in 1997 and charged by the FBI for money laundering for the mob in his construction company. He was later released after the trial collapsed and he moved to South America, returning to Liberty City in February 2001, with Donald Love returning to the city to compete with Harcross.

He later begins to work with the Ballas (moving from Ganton to Idlewood), the Los Santos Vagos, the Russian Mafia and Frank Tenpenny of C.R.A.S.H.. He was linked to the death of Beverly Johnson, the mother of Sweet and Carl Johnson and later managed the career of Jeffrey "OG Loc" Cross. Carl Johnson later killsHarris in his crack palace but later feels regret at his friends death.
