Where are the tires, are they the ones under the bridge?

Yes, they are under the Northwood heights bridge. I am so far sure that it only works with the turismo and the nrg900. its the lone tire to the right of the pile of tires. -User:Omega'sHand

Ill try with a turismo, because it doesn't work with a comet.
