User talk:Original Light: Difference between revisions

I know the difference between its and it's - but not everyone does. Some people on this wiki don't speak English natively, some don't know the difference, and no doubt some will just not be worried about grammar. But the entire point of this wiki is that anyone can edit and improve other people's contributions. So if someone adds some good content but with bad grammar - that's great! Someone else can come along to fix it up and polish up the grammar, but they've still contributed good content, which is awesome. I'd rather have a wiki full of good content with a few mistakes to fix than have a wiki with crap content written by perfect English writers. So yes - if you can fix up edits, fix them! Only thing I would ask - if all you're doing in an edit is adding/removing an apostrophe etc, then mark it as minor and add 'grammar' or something into the Edit Summary so people know what you did and why.
