This character is only featured in the Multiplayer Mode of Grand Theft Auto IV. Therefore, this character may not be canon to the main storyline.

Vanya is a character in the GTA IV era. Vanya is a member of the Petrovic Family, and occasionally likes a drink. This may cause him to sometimes be too dronk to kill other gang members, and needs the help of his fellow members.
