Vito Menotti

Vito "Dog Meat" Menotti is a former senior ranking Pavano Family mobster who murdered numerous people in the early 1990s. When is arrested in 2008 he turns states evidence and is put into the witness protection program. Menotti got the nickname Dog Meat because he used to grind rival mobsters into dog food in a dog meat processing plant which was also used to launder money. The name Dog Meat could be a possible reference to Marty Chonks from Grand Theft Auto III, who owned Bitch'n Dog Food Factory and used it to turn his enemies into dog food.
