Where it Hurts Most is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories given by Lance Vance to protagonist Vic Vance.
Mission
Vic goes to Lance's apartment in Ocean Beach who's half asleep and doesn't know what he has recently done. After a brief rant by Vic, Louise Cassidy-Williams calls and informs Vic that Jerry Martinez's goons have been following her and that she's been forced to hide behind a burger bar in Little Haiti, she hangs up angrily which forces Vic to rush over to Little Haiti. When Vic arrives he goes to pick up Louise but after a short moment, she's heard screaming from a Sentinel car which is driven by the Martinez goons and a couple of other goons appear and try to kill Vic. After a shoot-out Vic kills the Martinez' goons after him and then rushes to Downtown. He checks around the city and special hide-outs and after struggling eventually finds where Louise is kidnapped. After killing the enemies, Vic gets in the car with Louise inside and takes her to a hospital.
Script
(Lance, Vic inside Lance's apartment.)
Lance: Oh, man, what month is it? Did I do anything stupid in the last few days?
Vic: Stupid? Oh, no, no, no, you passed stupid and kept on going, straight on into fucked up!
(Louise calls on the phone.)
Louise: Lance? It's Louise. Where's Vic? I need him.
Vic: It's me, Louise. What is it?
Louise: Vic? Oh, thank God. It's that Martinez. He must think we're still an item.
Vic: Yeah? Well, we're not.
Louise: For crying out loud, Vic, I didn't sleep with Lance; we're just friends, which is more than you've been lately. You never call, we never see each other...
Vic: Is this going somewhere?
Louise: I just wanted you to know that Martinez's thugs have been following me. And because I want to get back together, I'm trying to avoid being killed. And now I'm hiding out round the back of some stupid burger bar, not that you'd give a shit.
Vic: What? Martinez sent guys after you?
Louise: I don't even know why I called. I'm gonna kick their asses myself.
Vic: Wait, wait, wait, Louise... Louise! Lance, you wanna help me out? Forget it.
(Vic arrives at Little Haiti's King Knut Burger bar. Louise and Martinez's goons.)
Vic: Louise? Hey, Louise? Are you there?
Louise: Vic! Heeelp!
Goon: Is that your bitch? She's Martinez's now. And you're gonna be ours.
(Vic drives around Downtown and finds Louise injured.)
Vic: Louise! Hey, everything's gonna be OK.
Louise: Vic... I knew you'd come. I think I need a doctor.
(Vic arrives at the hospital in Downtown.)
Vic: I need some help over here! Come on, get a doctor!
Reward
The reward for completing this mission is $500.
